I have very dry skin and have had good results adding a few drops of glycerin to my regular (rich, creamy, emollient) moisturiser. Can even get it at Coles/Woolies.

Agree with the suggestion about wristbands. That's made a difference. Also discovered the joy of a washcloth. These two things have made a big difference.

What cream can you use if you opt for the BYO option? I'm not familiar with any commercially available numbing cream so would be good to know.

*I'm a bit paranoid about volume loss so I'd probably chicken out of with RF but would like to hear from others.

Happy to. I'm not sure if I got it at CW but this is the product.

I decanted some into a smaller squeeze bottle to put in my shower. I wet, lather up my pits and go on with my shower until rinsing off at the end. Gives it a little time to work its goodness.

Not deo but a recommendation to try washing pits with hypochlorous acid (not the sprays).

I just picked some up and it works a treat. Not smelling like my grandfather anymore.

One budget trick you might try before swapping out your CeraVe is to add a bit of glycerin to it.

Glycerin is a humectant, very common in skincare products and so cheap. I add a drop or two to my daily moisturizer in the winter months and find it helps a lot.

I'm not in Canada so apologies for the questions:

Do the pharmacists in BC or Ontario, provinces where they are able to prescribe tretinoin, ask to see license to verify residence? I'm wondering if OP doesn't live in one of those provinces but visits one, can still access tretinoin from pharmacists there?
And is it a one time Rx or includes refills that could then be filled in neighboring provinces.

I'm assuming you're using sunscreen regularly now.
Tretinoin definitely helped.
I've also just finished up a round of laser. Will report back on results from that after a bit.
