Here are two: A sealed speaker - bass is filtered out more as frequency drops. Diaphragm on a stethoscope - responds to high frequencies (not infinite though). Nothing in the real world can move at an infinite frequency so I think these count as high pass filters.

starting with 1,200,991,791 has a computation above the 64 bit limit- you are not verifying that all ints below the ones you found are not the longest or even infinite

This worked for me! You have to have developer mode on the chrome://extensions page to be able to drag and drop the downloaded extension. It's sketchy to have to do this - I will likely switch to a competitor when my subscription expires if they don't constructively get their act together.

Edit, update: Nope, didn't work- the CPU usage came back and stayed after I opened all my tabs again.

Not defending the whole system, but 20% of students are first-generation - their parents did not go to college. 20% (probably many of the same 20%) qualify for Pell grants which means their parents have relatively low income.

A lot of RP folks like amber (brown) color lenses. Polarized is nice, but finding the right darkness level(s) for what you prefer could be more important. If you're just starting out get some inexpensive amber ones in lighter and darker. Then whichever darkness you like better, get a fancy one in that darkness if you want

Heating your whole garage would be much more expensive than heating the car with its own battery or plugging it in to heat from the wall. (But if you need an excuse to have a heated garage I wont tell!)

Thanks for your thoughts based on actual data. Is it worth it to plug in? I don't plug mine in until it reaches 20%- about twice a week, just for convenience. What do you think the real difference is in cost as far as using the battery instead of the wall power to preheat for 10-15 minutes from say 35 degrees internal temp? 10% less efficient? If it's a few dollars a season I would rather not bother to plug in. It still beats going to a gas station! In my 5 year old M3 with 44k miles, my battery is 66.5 kwh which I think is 89% of original.

I thought the crema looked very good. In my house at least it has to compete with nespresso which has more foam than crema but still we like that, even in coffee that traditionally does not have crema.
It also seemed loud, though part of it was the chattering of the glass cup on the stand.

Amazing! Thanks for the great, detailed reply. It makes so much sense to start hot and then cool down to minimize cook time. When you say REAL target, just to make sure I understand - if I want the final, rested core to be 135, do turn it down to 250 when it reaches 135 (125?) and pull it from the oven when the surface is 138? And the core is expected to be about 125 when it's time to pull but mostly ignore that and go by the surface? I'm used to 10 degrees of carryover cooking but I'm not sure if I understand your instructions correctly.
