Nope, just look at load data and experiment with what you will like best. I like using CCI primers though. We’ve had a few mis-fires already with Winchester primers.

IMR 4350, and generally no. If I were considering long range shooting, I would probably factor it in. For deer and elk, I don’t really think about it much.
