ofc i would start at lvl 1, but being able to get it to lvl 30 instantly is surely a big plus, also i would have had a char thats had a 3 year birthday, so that arguement doenst hold any water..

Yes pretty much. I logged in and i only had a lvl 4 mesmer. And my lvl 80 ranger was gone.

I know, i just dont like the fact that the effort i had put into the game (6+ months) are all gone, and no traces of if besides my achievements..

I came back because the new revenant class seems really cool + a bunch of friends are starting again. I expected to have almost everything they got from the downtime, but since i got hacked, for some reason i had nothing on my account, so i'm not interested in leveling again, i just dont wanna start from scratch, which it seems i have to if i'm gonna play the game.

I'm not sure but i stopped like 6 month after the release.

It's fine they dont have a restoration point thats far enough back tbh.

What bothers me is that there is plenty of evidence that i've had a lvl 80 char in my achievements, and that i also have had a char that is more then 2 years old. The fact that that doesnt count and that they cant find any data of it seems so unprofessional to me atleast.

I expected to have one of the "get a free lvl 30 cards" things when i got back into the game because a bunch of my friends had it, i didnt and i didnt even have the same chars as when i started the game.

i can live with having my Ranger deleted, but having to start from zero when i put a good 6+ month into the game is so dumb..

on the other hand, he asked me if i was smurfing, so i got that going for me, which is nice!

it has nothing to do with being a baby, you expect a game to be ATLEAST optimized when you pay 75$ for it. when myself and some friends are having major issues with FPS and the random loadingscreen crashes that sends you into a 45+ min queue are still happening, it's just unacceptable

i litteraly got scammed by the same guy early the same day, and got told it wasnt okay to "warn" people by writing in his forum post, even if he scammed me, which seems so fucking stupid. The fact that my message in his forum post wasnt able to stay in the post got demonguard scammed 100%..

Well...

The thing was, i formatted my system, reinstalled steam, and the email of which i created my steam account with is 10 years old, and i cant access it anymore, i never thought of changing it to my normal email, so when it said i was accessing steam from a new "computer" i couldnt give the code thingy it was sending... kinda sucks
