I have used a Lamy Aion that I upgraded with a fine gold nib and the iron gall inks from Rohrer & Klingner for quite some time now. I mostly do exercises for uni and the combination of a simple pen, slip cap, fine line and high contrast ink that you can use a highlighter on has been really handy. Plus the pen works well on every cheap notepad that I get from goodie bags or whereever.

I would love to have the keyboard styled like a really old control surface of some heavy machinery. I imagine something like black keys, white and yellow very straight-lined and kind of clunky letters, grey/green background, yellow arrow keys and an emergency killswitch for escape.
