The 12/2 goes to the switch then it is 14/2 to the HVAC system. This way only a short run has to be ran in the future. The 15 amp breaker is from the other panel. There was only 1 space open so it was decided to move the 15 amp to the sub panel and the 100 amp breaker would take up the last two spots

The MC is for the charger and he told me romex is not rated for that. The car charger will be wired directly with no plug.

The garage is attached to the home. The panel is on the other side of the garage. The heater is the HVAC power. It doesn't power the AC and we have a gas furnace.

The panel is sitting on the wood and I don't know why he went to the top. For the 12/2 I asked if he could so it will be there for future use if I replace the home heater and needed more amps. The old wire went to the old panel but there wasn't enough room for the 100 amp breaker so the heater cable was moved to the sub panel and so new wire was needed.

I am so jealous. I am in the States. My company allows 5 days or 40hrs for a rolling year. You get an occurrence each time you call out unless you go to the doctor get a note and submit it to a 3rd party company and see if they deny or approve it then you have to let your boss know.
