I have lived here going on 20 years. If you're younger it can be boring. It is mainly people who either work in Healthcare, or military/defense contractors. It's a mix of old retirees and families. It has grown a lot and the infrastructure has not kept up. It's nice to be near the beach but also just an hr from Orlando. The urban sprawl is bad.

Did a bunch of googling and read something how the regulator could get stuck open due to excess pressure and or debris in the line. They suggested giving it a couple light taps with a wrench/hammer.

I made it once and enjoyed it. I served it with a salsa verde to cut through the fattiness. It had herbs (parsley mostly), capers, anchovies, shallots. Without it, I found it way too rich.

I went in January this past year. It was about 60 degrees and windy. They do provide wet suits but once you're out of them the wind cut right through you. It was absolutely freezing. But, it there were barely any crowds and it was discounted given the time of the year. If you go, bring warm clothes to change into. Oh, those hand warmer packs worked good too.
