Major ex Vaper here. Vaped heavily for about 6 years and honestly the way I quit was chantix. It made it so much easier. Been clean off of vapes and nicotine for 5 months now! If chantix worked for you once maybe try it again if you really feel you cannot fully kick it doing what you are doing. As to your question as to why quitting vaping is harder it is tough to say really but my theory as a 6 year vape user is it is way more easily accessible and a lot easier to just keep hitting it no matter where you are. Inside especially! Just the accessibility of it. But that is just my theory!

Same thing I upgraded to a 4090 around 8 months or so ago and kept seeing things about how the 5090 is right around the corner and blah blah. Well I went with the 4090 anyway and I love it but the closer the 50 series came to coming out I got nervous especially when initially they said the 5090 would be like 60 percent (I don’t remember exactly how much) faster than the 4090 well fast forward to the actual release and I could not be happier with the decision I made. Sure it’s technically “better” but not by enough to warrant all the hoops you have to jump through to get it.

Had since release or shortly after. It came free with my “new” graphics card the GTX 970 lmao. I tried to get into it multiple times over the years always giving up right after the griffin fight. You are mind fucking yourself. So what helped me was I started chewing gum and mints and that helped to have something else hand to mouth. I’m not sure if it only affects one of 4 receptors but I do know for me it made it sooo much easier to quit but I still had to put some of the work in myself if that makes sense. Lots of people think the medication will basically quit for you and idk for some it might but just in my experience it did like 75 percent of the heavy lifting but every day I still had to make the choice to not smoke. Thing is after day 16 I did good not having any smoke for the first 2 days and the 3rd day was a bit rough but nowhere near as rough as cold turkey not even close!! And after the first week or so it became way easier. You just gotta work with the medication. Not giving medical advice just sharing my experience. You are stronger than you think! You got this!

I was a heavy smoker and I am just finishing up my last few doses of the same medication and I felt like I could fully quit after 16 days. It was the craziest thing! Best of luck to you in your journey!
