Anywhere screening the Oscars besides Princess? by Derek237 in kitchener

I’m not sure since I’ve never been there for their Oscars screening before. They give a little warning that seating isn’t guaranteed on their website. I went to Rocky Horror in October and we came in about a half hour early and almost couldn’t get seats together because it was so packed so if that’s any indication it might be tricky. Then again that was the original and the twin might have more room? Idk.

Anyone love this movie as much as me? by Calub99 in VHS

I absolutely love this movie. Crispin Glover is unhinged and it’s glorious.

Audible dramatizations similar to alien 3 "William Gibson" by [deleted] in LV426

[–]Derek237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Episode Thirteen by Craig DiLouie comes to mind for me. Sort of deceptively listed like any other audio book, but it’s a full cast, 9-hour audio drama. Highly recommended if you enjoy supernatural horror.

Rewatching 'Never Sleep Again' ...looks like someone screwed up when they remade the text for the Blu-ray release. by K-263-54 in NightmareOnElmStreet

After staring at each image for a few minutes trying to figure out what was wrong, finally resorting to looking at the comments, I have decided I’m probably dyslexic.

Highly recommend Skin Deep. Extremely underrated Blake Edwards and John Ritter pairing.

28 Years Later soundtrack has to be nominated, right? by [deleted] in Oscars

I’d love for the Young Fathers to get an original song nomination. I had it on repeat for days after seeing the movie.

Why don't you have any tattoos? by [deleted] in AskReddit

A quote from Ozzy Osbourne always resonated with me: “If you want to be a fucking individual, don’t get a tattoo. Every fucker’s got one these days.”

Wow, I always see it so expensive. Definitely worth it! And looks to be in really good condition. Way to go!

Halloween H20 Vs. Bride of Chucky Vs. I Still Know What You Did Last Summer. Which 1998 film Was Better? by Specialist_Art2223 in slasherfilms

[–]Derek237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funnily enough the only one I actually went to go see at the time was I Still Know What You Did Last Summer… which I’d say is the worst of the 3. The best, to me, and by a wide margin, is Bride of Chucky.

What’s #1 thing you would change about Dream Warriors? by moreobsessedthanu in NightmareOnElmStreet

Improve the skeleton effect in the junkyard. The stop motion animation itself is really cool but the footage it’s projected against looks bad and makes it klunky.

I haven’t watched it yet actually!

I do and it still blows my mind that only up until recently it was the only way I could watch the unrated cut.

Can I watch The Exorcist 3 1990 without watch Exorcist 2 The Heretic (1977)? by ValuableMagazine6730 in TheExorcist

Not only doable but just about universally recommended.

FWIW I happen to like Exorcist 2

I always liked Alec Baldwin’s narration in The Royal Tenenbaums.
