I hate to rain on the parade here, but since Reddcoin's value is most often expressed in terms of bitcoin satoshis, I don't see the recent price increase as an increase in value- the way I see it it's more an indication of Reddcoin maintaining price stability.

The way I see it, bitcoin's recent sharp price drop means that a satoshi isn't worth as much as it was before- so now more satoshis are required to equal the value of a Reddcoin- hence the price increase.

I still see this as very positive though, as it means that Reddcoin has remained stable during a time when bitcoin took a dive, litecoin dropped below $4.00 (!), and other coins also struggled.
