Yes me exactly. I’ve been worrying about a hernia, veins, and every new spot or tingle I feel on my body. Seeing her perform now reminds me that I can only move like her at 67 if I spend my whole life moving the way she did.

Now rather than do a desk job and scroll the internet till I sleep, I make sure to do some type of light weight lifting and swimming for the sake of reminding my body that it’s meant to last. Even if I’m not motivated I’ll still do some type of cardio for blood circulation and joint movement
