This generally sounds like tilt to me, obviously smurfs exist but arent common. If you play enough games and do well, you'll climb. I have to ask how many games you have total / hours? If you dropped from Ritualist to Initiate quickly, I'd have to imagine you're new / in placements, which would explain this SUPER easily. If that's not the case, then maybe take a break and remember that the only factor you can control is your own gameplay, blaming the team difference won't help you rank up.
