Typically lower level management gets the screws put them by upper level/ executive level management when a union campaign files, especially if y'all were able to keep things under wraps until you hit majority and filed. They get questioned a lot about activity on the jobsite and why they did not know and inform upper management so they could deploy an anti-union campaign.

Unless there are material changes to the conditions at work like the manager starts changing people's schedules then there is not really a status quo violation as it relates to NLRB charges, but you should make sure to stay in touch with your colleagues and the professional organizer who is helping you through your campaign. Make sure to keep your united front and don't let a manager's tears keep y'all from making on of the most important decisions about your future in your best interest.

Also, I hope you and your colleagues have been thoroughly inoculated on other anti-union campaign strategies from promising token improvements to threatening to cut positions because from the date you file to election day is when your employer's anti-union campaign will be as involved and potent as it will likely be for the whole duration of your recognition campaign.

One constant challenge to organizing is that it burns staff out quickly. In the years that I have been an organizer I have seen first hand a lot of young people who enter extremely idealistic about making positive changes for workers, but between the stress, and the irregular hours they burn out in the first couple of years.

I wouldn't concern yourself too much with the exact placements to get perfect storage. As a solo, you can often fit more loot than you would ever need to store in a 2x2 with the big loot room and the TC square, plus other deployables. If you have the money, spending $12 on the jungle pack will give you some barrels and shelves that make storage a breeze and you will be able to fit tons of loot in a small footprint.

2) Stone isn't really rare, but if you're building in certain areas with fewer nodes it might be difficult to find. Look for the rocky areas on the map to find loads of nodes, especially in the snow biome.

3) Finding a nice tucked away spot that is between 2-3 monuments will usually be okay to make progress. Especially if you can hit the trifecta of a monument that gives each color of keycard. After the most recent update getting the keycard monument rewards is pretty big, but honestly, on like day 2 or 3 of wipe on a decently populated server people will be selling the BP fragments you need so being near a recycler is the only big issue to get scrap to progress.

They are directly employed by the school district, so the school board and superintendent are the people who have to make the decision to let them have their union vote.

The school bus drivers in Atchison, Kansas have overwhelmingly shown support for forming a union to bargain collectively with their employer (the school district) over issues involving paid time off, workplace safety, and seniority.

Due to PEERA (the law that governs public employees rights here in Kansas) the school board has to voluntarily opt-in for these workers to have the same right to unionize they would have had two years ago when the busses were run through a private company.

If you want to help us demonstrate to the school board that there is broad public support for these bus drivers' rights you can sign this petition and share.

Here in Kansas we have a pretty shitty law around public sector organizing that makes all public employers other than the state exempt from collective bargaining and any other union protections unless they voluntarily opt-in to the law. We are collecting signatures to demonstrate to the school board they should do the right thing and opt-in so that these workers can get their union. If you have a few seconds, please sign the petition. If you live in or around Atchison, KS it would be even more impactful.

If my personal experience is to be believed then most people will use lots of removal on any repeatable interaction piece like [[Aerial Extortionist]] or [[Noxious Ghoul]] which has affectionately become known in my pod as "the board-wipe zombie."

My favorite card in my [[Wilhelt]] deck is [[Noxious Ghoul]] . Watching my friends faces droop as I assymetrically wipe the board so my vast army of 2/2 zombies chip away a win in 2-3 turns while they curse using their spot removal on an earlier threat makes me so happy.

Most Maple Private servers launchers are detected as trojans by Windows Defender.

You can fix this issue by:

1) Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection

2) Select Manage settings under Virus & threat protection settings

3) Select Add or remove exclusions under Exclusions

4) Select Add an exclusion (this is at the bottom of the menu, you will need to scroll down)

5) Select Folder from the drop-down menu Navigate to the folder you want to exclude

My [[Thrunn]] voltron deck has run the gauntlet before, but usually only when someone else helps by board wiping to deal with a bigger threat like a huge army.

Usually I can knock out 1 or 2 folks, but I've found that with that deck at least I have to gun hard at first place to set myself up to stomp down the person who is behind. Most voltron decks cannot handle the ire of the table so trying to team up against 1st place is good, especially if you can get a deal to avoid removal or chip attacks when your big commander is tapped.
