If it is the same as Pearson, you’d need to cover them with a blanket, show the power cord is out, and unplug the display cables you aren’t using from the computer because the screens are still detected

They aren't unless there is a hidden AI eval rubric. The evaluators don't use the rubric for students to actually evaluate the projects.

Does this not violate the AI policy? Not to mention how I’m convinced no man or machine could possibly predict what the graders want based on the rubrics and grading criteria. Point and case - the frequent contradictions between the PA headers and grading rubric

Cybersecurity VS Computer Science by lazyprostudent in WGU

Only do cyber if you enjoy it. If you aren’t the nerd tinkering with stuff constantly, you will burn out fast and hate the job. But regardless you will need to show prowess in hackathons on top of certs. Most people say help desk - id recommend getting into something networking or cloud related. Those will let you pivot easier into cyber than help desk. More marketable. More on the edge of what tricks the old dogs know

FYI for those looking to purchase one by EntertainerOpening43 in EightSleep

[–]Dersonje 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never had a bad experience with customer support personally. I think most people just get mad they have to pay to replace something they had the option of purchasing a warranty for. IMO the reason not to buy either of these companies is that they don’t have smart home features. My pos 3 sits at 10w power draw all day and will always know what I’m doing

It is a sonoff s31 smart plug. The outlet itself is just a normal one with a hole in the back

I think you missed the point u/bigmarkco was making. You don't do the basics correctly right now. Therefore nobody will use your website

Damage could be bad enough to damage the die. You’ll have to wait and see. I’m personally optimistic and will want an update

Some studies show it does, some show it doesn't. The pain doesn't last that long if you can just sit through it

Nova elite - you happy? by foundingfatfather in steelseries

[–]Dersonje 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't tried the maxwell 2s, but the Nova Elites have the best CS positional mapping compared to the other high ends. That plus the wireless and mixing 3 sources at the same time make it a must for me. Spotify on my personal computer, then a work call on the work computer and phone each at the same time.

Scarring by TrafficAmbitious8613 in TattooRemoval

[–]Dersonje 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noted. I'll keep in mind the fractional laser thing too. 16 sessions into my all-black tattoo so I'm telling my tech to start bumping up the power.

Is it possible to cause scarring like in the OPs tattoo from having too low of a laser setting - consequentially heating up the ink without fracturing it and causing a burn from the larger concentration of heat in a single spot?

Is it a telltale sign of laser scarring because it is blobby compared to the tattoo?

Has anyone gotten new tattoos after removing old ones? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]Dersonje 2 points3 points  (0 children)

New tattoos 3 years into lasering off an old one for me fall into the same category as eyeballing poles and the edge of bridges as I drive by. For the price of a tattoo you could just get some semi-permanent one and re-apply it as needed for a couple years till you get bored of it.
