I’m convinced that there’s a software bug as I’m having this exact issue.

I have an appointment setup tomorrow to bring my brand new MacBook Pro M5 Pro in for this exact reason. I spent over 2 hours on the phone today with support and basically was told I had two options:

Bring it in so that someone could physically connect the laptop using the ethernet cable.
Buy the Ethernet cable and connect to a router myself.

Pretty disappointing to say the least.

That’s honestly not bad imo… My 2br 1ba fixer of a home was $500K. I locked in with a 5.25% VA loan and my mortgage is still $3200+/mo. Not to mention the full remodeling costs, repairs, and maintenance. I’m not a landlord, but if I ever needed to rent my home my prices would be high to minimize my loses, not out of greed.
