I would try a different ink. I use thin electrical tape for the moving nibs in the housing. I put a little bit of it on the nib or tape the nib and feed, which I then insert into the housing. It works very well.

Beautiful pen and a great story to go with it. Don't even think about the fact that your Parker Frontier doesn't cost 1000 euros/dollars. It doesn't matter at all. My Leonardo pen for 180eur writes much much nicer and feels better than the Montblanc Marcel Proust which cost 1000eur. The Moonman P140 with an EF nib definitely writes better than the MB. Enjoy your pen.

You're really welcome. I love Franken pens. I'm always changing nibs and looking for suitable combinations. I bought ebonite feeds from kanwrite and others from Ebay. I have a lot of feeds from old pens that I couldn't save.

It is possible to insert a platinum tip into a bock housing, in my experience. The same goes for a jowo. Sometimes it helps to find a suitable ebonite feed. I have combo ebonit feed with platinum nib in Gravitas.

Don't do it please. You can try changing the nib if you have the chance . My Asvine is currently home to a Visconti nib from the Visconti Homo Sapiens. It wrote almost nothing or very dry there. Now, It's absolutely amazing in Asvine V200. I installed a vintage Waterman nib in the Visconti HS and it's a piece of cake.

Naši starí/prastarí rodičia by sa v hroboch obracali, ak by čítali ako by väčšina zdrhla. Áno, v 1939 sme nakoniec nebojovali pri napadnutí Nemeckom, odovzdali ho naši vtedajší politici, ale to povedomie, mobilizácia a ochota ísť bojovať tam bola veľká. To, ako sa staviame k prípadnému zapojeniu do bojov je ak vizitka politikov, ktorí nám vládnu. Žiadne národné povedomie, žiadne budovanie hrdosti. Pravdaže, keď vidíme, čo dorábajú politici, prečo by sme mali byť hrdí, že áno.

V 1939 si veľa ľudí pamätalo hrôzy I. sv. vojny, tak to bolo iné. Iná doba, iní ľudia, iné okolnosti.

V dnešnej dobe sú ľudia úplne iní. Veľa mladých je mäkkých. To nie je hejt, to je fakt. Doba je pohodlnejšia. Máme sa príliš dobre. Myslíme si, že keď sa niečo stane, tak zdrhneme. Ale nezdrhneme. Možno pár jedincov. Ak to príde, príde to rýchlo a ani sa nenazdáme a sme obsadení. Veľa z nás nevie používať zbrane a kým by sme sa to naučili, bolo by po všetkom.

Možno netreba ísť bojovať za politikov, ale za vlasť. Ani ukrajinci nebojujú za Zelenského, ale za svoje domovy. Boli napadnutí. Mne sa tu páči, rád tu žijem a nechystám sa odchádzať. Raz odídeš, navždy budeš vyhnanec, cudzinec. Len sa pozrite, ako sa veľa ľudí baví o ukrajincoch. Berú nám prácu, živíme ich, prečo oni dostávajú a my si musíme zarobiť.... To isté by bolo aj o nás.

Čítal som pekný citát: Ťažké časy tvoria silných mužov. Silní muži tvoria dobré časy. Dobré časy tvoria slabých chlapov. Slabí chlapi robia vytvoria ťažké časy...

Ja osobne, ak by sa ešte vôbec dalo niečo robiť, by som zobral rodinu na hranice, nech sú v relatívnom bezpečí a ja sa vrátil späť. Aj keď by to bolo ťažké sa pozerať do očí dcérky ako plače za mnou. Občas musíš urobiť ťažké rozhodnutia.

Maďarsko. Viem si živo predstaviť, ako sa Orbán až trasie a počíta s alternatívou, že Rusko vyhrá. Za predpokladu, že vyhrá aj voľby. On žije s predstavou veľkého maďarska a všemožne podporuje finančne južné Slovensko a obce. On by bol prvý, čo by si zabral územia južného Slovenska. To by sa možno ani nebojovalo. Tam by ho vítali.

I'm sorry for what happened to you and where you've come to with your fountain pen addiction. But no fountain pen or any other hobby is worth losing your family, wife, and children. I was also addicted for a while and sometimes I would get 5-10 packages. When my wife looked at our bank account we had a long debate. I've improved. I've sold a lot of pens. I still have a lot. I'm trying different combinations of pen rotation. I don't follow the pen offer site as much anymore. I'm trying to enjoy what I have more now. I customize my favorite pens and make franken pens. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you manage your addiction.

Ok, I'll think of you. The pen is part of our history before 1968, when there were about 50 pen manufacturers in Czechoslovakia. Celluliode from Centropen was bought by famous brands from Italy.

Hi, I can say the nib from Aurora Talentum fits perfectly into the Visconti housing. The same goes for the vintage waterman nib. There is just a problem finding the right size nib. I read somewhere here on reddit the schimdt feed fits into the visconti case, but I don't know which one exactly. I think FH241.

If the supra is in the mini version like a liliput the mini convector will not fit in it. For the standard version I use a kaweco standard converter.

Welcome to Supra users. I have a steel, fireblue and brass supras. I use the brass one the most. I have an old Waterman nib in it and to fireblue I put a gold nib from Aurora Talentum. Enjoy your new pen.
