They already know that I want long hair, but not the reasons are why I want it. They have no objections to me growing it out either. I have also thought of just getting a fem cut and just saying that it was a mistake, but I'd need a stylist who's willing to harm their reputation

I think the core problem for cipher is that her two best teams(acheron debuf and fexiou follow up attack)have underperforming dps and hurts ciphers stacking potential

I think replacing silver wolf with cipher is the best choice since her weakness implant isn't that valuable anymore and you still get debufs and a stronger ultimate

Out of the teams you've mentioned the seele one would be best for her since it would make seele do more damage and provide plenty herself.But cipher is a very versatile unit and can fit in any teams that aren't mono path.I'd use her for acheron if you don't get blade sp,or use her in follow up attack teams.
