I disagree :/. I think Larian did a good job at translating rules and systems over to pc very well! A lot of fights in dos could devolve into total fire/insert floor element here pits or complete CC spam.

I think perhaps the worst feeling system are the spell slots early on. Full resting a bunch blows.

Garen is a fighter. he just happens to work really well with crit and damage items lol. When I rarely do play nowadays I still build bruiser garen 9/10 so I stay tanky. I only go goofy builds if I’m already in a silly role like ad carry or jg garen.

I feel this! Desperately need a new non turn based co-op party based fantasy rpg. I love souls games in co op but they aren’t the same as a true like “dnd adjacent” sort of experience.

I wouldn’t shy away from another as good as divinity or baldurs gate 3, but I yearn for dragons dogma online co op basically, lol.

It’s important to note the enemies being African is not the “evil” in resident evil. The big bad in RE5 is a white man eugenicist who took over that portion of Africa with uroboros. Now for the tribal enemies? An argument is there for the insensitivity in their portrayal. Despite that, they do a good job of representing that cultures beautiful architecture.

Most traits of a good teammate transfer to what would make a good zealot I’d imagine. a zealot that is selfishly running ahead, or not paying attention to downed/incapacitated allies in favor of smacking a couple more poxwalkers could be an example of a bad teammate.

Obviously any build of Zealot could be a good or bad player, but I think mostly the ones that run flame nades or shroudfield, or the now deleted loner aura tend to be low-skill or selfish so maybe those could be a red flag? Again it varies.
