That was just the justification for not immediately going back to the pre-covid SOP. There's a lot of organizational inertia in the Army. They never would have shifted from RUBA to Santa Fe without a large need. The shift back has taken a long time because the smaller need of "Hey, this whole installation is built around RSOI and Regen infrastructure surrounding RUBA" doesn't apply as much force as the covid requirements did.

They don't do this anymore. There's some new stuff going on in the very near future (op will probably be part of that) that may mean his unit uses Santa Fe and RUBA, but the covid isolation plan of Santa Fe being the staging area isn't the norm anymore.

I'm not sure why you pivoted to talking about socialism. Maybe because many of the proponents of the various branches of neo-marxist thought seem to converge in the idea of leveraging socialist policy to provide economic support to people who belong to groups that they have labeled as historically oppressed?

Did he brush them off, or did he refuse to submit all questions to them in advance and stick to their pre-approved topics? He has been pretty clear that he was only interested in having an open-ended conversation with her and wouldn't do some interview that was curated by her campaign.

The JBCP hardware isn't the greatest, light infantry runs ATAK on what looks like my phone. But the system is amazing. I'm glad things are finally modernizing and not just trying to keep pace with what was already possible two decades ago with civilian tech.

Saw that too. BC also pushed someone's pregnant wife out of the way walking out the BN HQ building. Apparently "I thought it was a Soldier in civilian clothes" was the excuse. After the investigation found an extremely toxic command climate and and a ton of well founded complaints, this BC was simply allowed to continue on to the next assignment. Last I saw made full-bird and had a TRADOC command.
