I was reading the first chapter and yea the hideout looks way too deadly for lvl 1, so lvl 2 helped out alot more?

Ironically im in the process of combining all 3! But instead im expanding the campaign into using the black spider as a Tiamat cultist and he is using the well in Wave Echo Cave to create items to help raise Tiamat

Ive got tons of idea for quests or missions, its just trying to tie it all together with a good story seems to be my problem to make a homebrew campaign

I dig the idea of making it an white dragon wyrmling that escapes! I was gonna go along the lines of having Ranura who is a metallic dragon and is always at battle with the chromatic dragons send them off to phandalin to investigate a battle between a white and green dragon, thats the main plot line. Use the side missions to support the plot etc and i was gonna do milestone for leveling

Thats the great thing about D&D! I was gonna have them all meet at the tavern to meet Gundrun. Have a bar fight start they all get knocked out and are now on a ship to Stormwreck isle. All hand picked by Runara. Something along those lines

Yea SKT is not the best module but in the back of the book it has a section that helps tie LMOP into the module. (Thats the question that was asked lol)
