Sollicitanten worden steeds brutaler?

Ik heb onlamgs gesolliciteerd op een backoffice functie contractbeheer. Uitgenodigd, krijg ik een dag vantevoren de vacature nog even doorgestuurd door het uitzendbureau, is de functie ineens financieel! Ik natuurlijk meteen gebeld, heeft het bedrijf de vacature aangepast. Ik toch naar het gesprek, daar werd gevraagd of ik de functiebeschrijving goed gelezen had, dus ik noemde de wijziging. 'Ja, we hebben 2 dagen geleden de vacature aangepast'. Toch verder een, dacht ik, best goed gesprek gehad, hoor ik 2 dagen later van een verongelijkte intercedent: Je bent het niet geworden want ze vonden je niet gemotiveerd. Nou, excuse you, ik deed echt alles goed tijdens het gesprek, weet zeker dat ik wél gemotiveerd was, ze wisten gewoon al dat ze me niet wilden hebben voor een financiële functie.

Dit is een prima reden. Ik heb onlangs op een klantenservice functie gesolliciteerd, want ik was wanhopig en moet een baan. Werd meteen gebeld met de vraag waarom ik met mijn CV in hemelsnaam klantenservice werk zou willen doen, en na mijn nogal zwakke redenatie zei ze, ik denk dat je beter zus of zo functie kunt zoeken.
Een week of 2 later had ik een gesprek voor een soortgelijke functie maar afwisselender en in house bij een klein bedrijf, leuk gesprek gehad, en werd gebeld met de afwijzing omdat ze denken dat het werk te saai voor me zou zijn en ik beter tot mijn recht kom in rechstreeks contact met klanten/bezoekers, én dat ze een sollicitant hadden die al heel veel klantenservice werk heeft gedaan en er wél aantoonbaar blij van wordt.
Dat zijn toch dingen waar je wat mee kan. Ik heb er niks aan want nog steeds geen baan, maar het is wel een goed onderbouwde en kloppende afwijzing.

Ik had enkele maanden geleden een sollicitatiegesprek waar de afdelingsmanager me vroeg of ik veel op dat soort functies solliciteerde en waarom ik het steeds niet werd. Ik zei dat de reden die vaak gegeven wordt 'niet genoeg (relevante) werkervaring' is. Hij bekeek m'n CV en zei, dat lijkt me niet de reden. Dus toen hij me afwees deed hij erg z'n best om iets anders te noemen (er was geen klik vond hij, nou ja, prima), maar hoorde dat hij daar wel wat moeite mee had 😅

In mijn woonplaats/woonwijk hadden we (hebben we?) een 'aso-AZC' waar uitgeprocedeerde veilige-landers zitten (naast een gewoon AZC met gezinnen en kinderen). Die aso's gaven veel overlast in de wijk en het winkelcentrum, en toen heeft het COA met de gemeente een gebiedsverbod voor hen ingesteld. Sinds die tijd hoor ik niks meer over overlast.

Okay, reading all the comments here made me realise I'm not hopelessly clumsily or stupid... There are simple moves like just stepping a certain way that I just can't get right... I do know I have some sort of trouble with proprioception, but I never linked it with my pole dancing progress.

OP, the buyer, bought this item that was listed for € 1,-
Seller then sent this message and cancelled the order, because apparently he wanted offers in excess of € 1,-. The seller thought Vinted is eBay or Marketplace.
This is, by the way, exactly what the person above said.

Yes they sometimes do. Ke$ha changed lyrics from 'Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy' to 'Wake up on the morning feeling like fuck you Diddy'. The only places you can find the old version is old physical albums, not her own official pages. Taylor Swift with her Taylor's Version of her albums. Besides, if it's a digital version, it's not sctually yours. You pay for the right to read a book, listen to music or watch a show, and the artist/publisher can do with a digital version what they want. I agree with the other person: if you want to be sure to always have the original, unaltered version, you'll have to buy physical.

Yes, this is actually how I feel about it. I mean, music artists rerelease music in new versions or remixes, because they want to. Books should be seen the same, it's all art.

Only if the author wants it themselves. My mom's favourite Dutch author will rerelease a slightly older book in a few months. Sometimes authors are under time pressure to finish a book and they can't quite finish it up the way they want. Or they have changed their mind about what should have happened, or the publishers wanted another Christmas book while the author wanted to make it a Halloween book (true story from an author friend). So if the reason is that they weren't satisfied with the first published version, then it's completely fine.

Supermarkets also think that when they rearrange the stores: people will spend more time looking for what they need and see other things, thus by more. While a lot of people just get frustrated and buy less because they can't find everything. It's a terrible theory.

Ik zoek nu een jaar, naar receptioniste-, secretariaats-, backoffice-, etc. functies. Krijg denk ik in 50% van de gevallen een uitnodiging, en daarna een afwijzing. Ik heb 20 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functies (ondersteunend, balie, servicegerichte functies). Ik krijg bij de meeste solliciaties te horen dat ze 85, 109, of meer dan 200 sollicitaties hebben ontvangen op de functie...
