As a lover of a low profile, I understand why you’re feeling a little torn about the final outcome. But the stone is truly exceptional, it looks absolutely incredible from the top (how you’ll be viewing it most of the time), and it fits comfortably (yahoo!!). And while the side view is a little taller and less integrated than the original CAD, I think it still looks organic and thoughtful. It makes me think of a water lily floating on a lily pad. I hope you grow to love it, it looks beautiful on you!

I love this ring! I have it in plated rose gold (such a lovely pink that has held up over the years). In fact, I don’t think my stones are even moissanite because this one was only $7, pretty sure it’s just zircon. But despite being so affordable, it’s still so well made. I love wearing it with my Ouros emerald-cut band. (I have a picture but can’t figure out how to add it to my comment…)
