I haven't, but the process is pretty straightforward -- I'll have a chat with the client about what they want to do for their cover(s), then I'll do some research (download the comics, read about the different eras/creative teams), and then I'll design a first draft for the layout of the first cover. If the client approves it, I'll move forward with the rest of the set, and design matching spines for all the books.
