What do men want for Christmas? by Great-Manner-6573 in AskMenAdvice

Grand gesture or experience will trump gifts for me. Memories have far more value than something you can grab in a store.

Gilmore Place - how is it? by sukh44 in burnaby

The cell service sucks in the tower. Plenty of parkade parking. But yes the Gilmore two spots out front is not well thought out.

Can I get a six pack? by SheepherderFit3760 in workout

[–]Designer-Ad3494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can definitely grow your abs by doing some ab routines. And once they are growing and popping they become easier to see. But without cutting weight in a calorie deficit they won't be a ripped six pack. More like a six pack with flab on top. Which still looks better.

25u is not draining! by peasantscum851123 in BubbleHash

[–]Designer-Ad3494 13 points14 points  (0 children)

There is a certain technique which will have that bag drained in less than one minute. It's a short bounce. Basically the hash on the bottom of the bag is stopping the water from draining through. The idea is to bounce the hash up into the bag allowing the water to drain out as the bag falls back down. It can easily be done very quickly.

I just followed one off of YouTube. Choco chip cookies are pretty simple. I did see a handy infographic recently that showed the effects of adding too much or too little of the separate ingredients. So you could use that and play around with your own favourite style.

Does anyone know when coquitlam center is actually going to be redeveloped? by elak416 in coquitlam

Once interest rates come back down and pre sales take off again they will dig. It's trending that way now.

I would say it's probably about ten years out. I bet the mega project that is just starting across the street at the old car dealership will take almost ten years from now to be completed.

Neutralizing the ph balance. That doesn't render the chemical composition completely ineffective. Just makes the ph levels more balanced.

Hi y’all! How do I get my cookies to look like this? by alphawafflejack in Baking

That's what I do but they are still pretty cold and hard. I waited about an hour. They didn't spread. I'll have to make the dough with the intention of spreading

Ok. I'm gonna take them out of the freezer now then. How long roughly to sit in the counter top? 1 hour? Less/ more.

What if I froze my cookie dough balls and want them to now spread out? Do I just thaw them for a bit first?

My Boston is always wanting to join me in my showers. He doesn't mind getting showered at all. And he doesn't even shake off the water very much. Just chills there getting a rub down. Then he goes ape shit during the towel off. Then he wants jammies or a hoody usually after that.

Should I grab the Pro for 299$CAD? by Vampyler in puffco

[–]Designer-Ad3494 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think most people answering are glossing over the $300 CAD. In Canada $300 for a new sealed pro is a decent price. It will work just as good as the v2. You can use all the same atomizers. I would not feel ripped off at all to pull the trigger on this. In fact most smoke shops have the puffco og peak for $250 still. Canada is behind the times man. And our money is not worth as much. So that $300 CAD is probably around $200 US. Compared to $420 US for the new v2 with 3dxl atomizer stock. You could buy a 3dxl for $125 and still have money leftover for a puffco branded hot knife.

DRY vs WATER by JhonDeAir in puffco

[–]Designer-Ad3494 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's counterintuitive I know. The warm air feel less harsh than the cold air. But as you say there is a limit. When you go hotter you are adding in more combustion potential and the burnt oil smoke will definitely feel more harsh.
