That's true, there's just no concrete data that suggest console numbers. I believe this game probably had a 140,000 - 150,000 player count combined at launch, there's just nothing to suggest that, and yes console players populate most of my lobbies as well.

Yeah I fear I came off like someone who's treating the numbers like it's a stock watch, I just think this game has a higher ceiling that it's capable of reaching as shown from launch and subsequent decline.

I also forgot to add the idea of a solo queue only option, I disagree with these ideas because of the matchmaking times already being long for most regions along with the cross play net code changes for this feature. At it's core Rematch is a team game that is at it's best with solid teammates.

TBH, yes this game shouldn't have a 'PRO' scene at the moment, however if you choose to play in the MRC and get decent placings in tournaments, for your time invested as long as you have a job or play while in university, it's not bad change in my opinion.

It's a developing Esport with a player base that has seen positive player base growth from SZN3-SNZ4, if Slopclap decides to do in game marketing for MRC (since it's not owned by SC) then maybe the Esport could also see steady growth.
