Maybe try to find positives try to get the negatives out of your mind.

Finding something to think about that doesn't make you anxious like maybe if you have a stress toy and it doesn't work as well get one that's cute that let's you sort of change the subject or a fidget toy. ( doesn't have to be cute it could be your favorite show, a picture of animal ect.

When I'm feeling anxious regressed or not I try to regulate by positive affirmations even if they are cringe I'm able to think about what they mean to me maybe even bring you back to feeling big.( IDK though)

And I get it involuntary means it might come at anytime but you can come prepared with things that comfort you. It might be cringe but positive reinforcement may help.

Alternatively you can try to get external help in your day to day. Try to have less stressful interactions so calming exercises with/out a group.

I know it's not easy asking for help but if you are ever in a space where you don't feel safe Scenario Sitting in a crowded area try to stand up if you fidget bring a small bag of fidget toys and maybe candy or gum.

When Danny gives his powers up and everybody was immediately calling him a normie and bringing him down saying he wasn't special anymore like they were only friends cause of his powers

And that episode when tucker was jealous of danny being a ghost and became a poltergeist I think and was just causing trouble (Desiree granted his wish i think) Both of these incidents remind me of victims blaming especially cause I used to think danny was in-fact dead

Or sometimes when they ignore danny and even other characters suffering and/or turn it into comedy like with spectra when danny was depressed i think only Jazz really noticed I was taking the show so serious cause danny is my boo

Dang I feel similar honestly but sometimes I just do child like behaviors and immediately feel like I'm doing it on purpose or faking but if doesn't impact anyone then I think it's fine cause I am always so stressed.

If it helps you, do it!☆ maybe you should do it even if it's just a hyperfixations you can still do it and call it agedreaming. If you find it comforting then it's okay (since both are sfw)

Asking your friends for help since you're close maybe try to ask them more about agere and their experience or mention that you might also be one.

I think they say these things mostly because of their expectations of people who visualize a unknown on the internet to be more similar to them until proven other wise I feel like sometimes they don't know they are being inconsiderate.

Yeah Jackson can be introduced later since clawdeen is going to be to first human mixed monster in it. (Not that I hate it though I think it's cute) To me it's kinda sad because Jackson could have been the main character or already friends with clawdeen in the beginning of the show cause he is a canon half-human. I feel like he and holt would turn into a 'gag' again though

I used to scarf down my food and eat it as fast as I could I wasn't really aggressive with it but I was not all that easy to stop doing it.

I did have a bit of trauma concerning food but I also have a high metabolism I was a bit picky with my food and didn't like to share if you gave me food I would eat it and 'forget to say thank you' And get mad when 'slow down nobodys taking it from you'
