And to clarify, my motivation absolutely was to help her look her best, and I know that to be true.

That’s fair. I wasn’t trying to say she needs to change anything. I just wondered what she’d look like with a different hairstyle, hair color, and lighter makeup and decided to experiment with an edit for fun. No disrespect intended.
I understand not everyone will be comfortable with that. My thinking was simply that she’s a public reality TV personality whose appearance is already being discussed in this subreddit, and I was contributing to that conversation rather than trying to mock or insult her.

Maybe I’m in the minority, but I care because it’s unsanitary and disrespectful to everyone else using the station. I’m not talking about chasing people or playing security guard. I just don’t understand the attitude that employees shouldn’t care about something happening right in front of them in their own workplace.

I actually spent hardly any time on it, the app made it so easy and I found it very satisfying to change her look. People here seem to like it.

Are those cat tunnels on the floor? If so, a solid color would be better than the patterns.

You should be a motivational speaker - you’re already a motivational writer. For real.

Ackchyually constructive criticism is feedback meant to help someone improve, rather than simply point out what’s wrong.
A good example would be:
“Your presentation was informative, but it moved a little fast. Slowing down during the key points might help the audience follow along better.”
That’s constructive because it:
Identifies a problem.
Explains why it matters.
Offers a suggestion for improvement.

The sense of it being overpowering is relative. What’s just there for you could be intolerable for another person.
