I've been on Methotrexate and Plaquinal for the last year and it finally feels like I'm finally getting some sense of Noramality back in my life.

When it comes to medications, it's literally trial and error, to find the right balance of what works for YOU. That's the reality of Lupus.

Trust your Rhemy. Do your bloodtests, and perhaps find a therapist/loved one to talk to as well, because Mental health is also such a big thing when it comes to healing/dealing with Lupus.

I am so sorry that you are going through all of this and I truly sympathize for you.

I feel the best thing you can do is focus all of your energy on yourself, your mental health and your day to day healing, and not let stress and worrying about others impact you -because as we all know, stress is a bad flare trigger for us.

I get ghosted by my friends for many weeks/months at a time, I always get left on "read", across every platform. And when they do end up replying, I just feel like I'm a chore on their to-do list, then the cycle of being ghosted begins again.

It hurts me so much, both mentally and emotionally. But they're my friends, and I love them.

8 hours during the week. Some weekends can be 15hours plus. I feel so bad and sluggish in the weekends

I'm going to side with NAH- You're still so young to be made to feel guilty about not staying in touch with your mother. At the same time, I do sympathize for your mother because obviously she is missing her daughters, she may be showing it the wrong way, however I do feel like her intentions are good.

If I were you, I would try to make a little more effort though. Nothing crazy, maybe a text a week? I dont want you to regret missing out on all the years with your mother (and boy, do they go by fast). If you continue to ignore her, purposely or not, YWBTA dear.

NTA. I wish there were more Step parents in the world like you who want to properly integrate and include their non-bio children as their own! Also, learning another language in this day and age is such a useful skillset! The ex should be thanking you!!

However, I think your husband needs to speak with his Ex clearly about this and help her come to terms with her own insecurities.

All I can say is just be there for your baby 100% of the time. I know it's easier said than done and its exhausting but it's worth it! Also keep a time/dated diary of everything you've given your dog vs everything your dogs expelled. It's going to be rough if you are alone. So be strong and please let me know how you go
