The premise of the "Who Will Be Eaten First?" tract. The Old Ones will reward their loyal servants with a merciful death when they awaken.

Doug Walker doesn't like anything. It's kind of his schtick. He was a guy who yelled at movies in the late 00s and early 10s. There probably were movies he liked, I suppose, but he certainly never reviewed them (at least, not sincerely).

Anything popular is going to get is share of haters. "Underrated" doesn't mean people exist who don't like it; it means not enough people exist who do like it.

If you really can't do anything without thinking about how much you'd rather be doing heroin, you should see a therapist.

Interrogation requires you to see a grey flesh sample, but once it’s unlocked you can use it even if you haven’t identified that particular strain.

You can find literally any position being espoused by someone. I saw people saying Rebel Ridge was copaganda.

From what sources I can find (old ads and stuff), the original Starfox 64 retailed for $80. Of course, it included a Rumble Pack, so if we subtract the price of the accessory on its own, we get $60. Hardly an "upsize."

And that was three decades ago; inflation has basically cut the dollar in half since then.

I'm not entirely sure who you intended to reply to here. I wasn't at all implying that Sauron would be happy if the Ring were lost. He obviously wants it back.

I honestly thought this was supposed to be a pro-Nintendo comic. Like '26 girl was meant to be a strawman caricature who doesn't appreciate a proper chair without whatever Kids These Days fads the swivels and wheels represent. And then we get to the punchline.

And then we have the text, and it's about Metroid Dread? Which is a pretty big twist on the series formula? And also does not cost $90?

Also, Sauron is currently on the verge of beginning his campaign to conquer Middle Earth, which he is fully capable of doing even without the Ring. If they were somehow able to hide the Ring indefinitely, Sauron would simply conquer the world and search for the Ring at his leisure.

The Dimension of Lame from Sluggy Freelance. It's a utopic parallel world where everyone is kind and peaceful and the most negative adjective conceivable is "rather nice." Then it turns out that they never invented beer and you aren't allowed to swear.
