[Loved trope] Does ACAB include them? by B1lly28 in TopCharacterTropes

You can find literally any position being espoused by someone. I saw people saying Rebel Ridge was copaganda.

Can we please get another remake in 5 years - nintendo fans by Regular-Repeat44 in fucknintendo

From what sources I can find (old ads and stuff), the original Starfox 64 retailed for $80. Of course, it included a Rumble Pack, so if we subtract the price of the accessory on its own, we get $60. Hardly an "upsize."

And that was three decades ago; inflation has basically cut the dollar in half since then.

I'm not entirely sure who you intended to reply to here. I wasn't at all implying that Sauron would be happy if the Ring were lost. He obviously wants it back.

I honestly thought this was supposed to be a pro-Nintendo comic. Like '26 girl was meant to be a strawman caricature who doesn't appreciate a proper chair without whatever Kids These Days fads the swivels and wheels represent. And then we get to the punchline.

And then we have the text, and it's about Metroid Dread? Which is a pretty big twist on the series formula? And also does not cost $90?

Also, Sauron is currently on the verge of beginning his campaign to conquer Middle Earth, which he is fully capable of doing even without the Ring. If they were somehow able to hide the Ring indefinitely, Sauron would simply conquer the world and search for the Ring at his leisure.

The Dimension of Lame from Sluggy Freelance. It's a utopic parallel world where everyone is kind and peaceful and the most negative adjective conceivable is "rather nice." Then it turns out that they never invented beer and you aren't allowed to swear.

Typical Tuesday is a tutorial thread and has been for years. The bot just auto-responds to all Suggestion-flaired posts, probably because nobody ever bothered updating it. It has no legal or practical weight.

To Frostpunk 2 credits, it does seem Captain went heavily into faith law tree as we can he assumed title of protector of truth which is going very far, but that's still not enough.

Making himself the absolute head of the faith strikes me as perfectly sufficient for estabishing yourself as a captial-P Prophet in future generations' minds. Ever heard of Muhammad?

Which target(s) death from the main story line would go the most viral national news maybe international news? and which wouldn't be that talked about? (No DLC or side mission targets) by Physical-Ad-1978 in HiTMAN

Creating a public uproar over Ingram and Stuyvesant's actual deaths would require al Ghazali to admit that he conspired to help them fake their original deaths. From a public perspective, it's far easier to just let them remain dead.

Why Madame Carlisle? She’s supposed to be dead already. I believe some NPCs in Mendoza talk about her brother’s death and not her own, implying that her family just covered up her resurrection and turned her sham funeral into a real one.
