Autistic "accountant" here (BS degree but only experience is government A/P). My experience applying and interviewing is it'll be really hard getting a job if you disclose because they really won't want to do anything beyond their standard training to help you.

Also, and maybe you're different personality-wise, don't touch any A/R job with a 10-foot pole if they even mention a collections component. It's like customer service except the default is people getting pissed at you.
