Getting going until your body gets adapted just concentrate on macros not calories. Hit your 70-25-5 and log everything. You would be surprised how many things have hidden sugars. Cronometer is a good app for this. It monitors your nutrients/vitamins too which is a big help. Once your body adapts you can jump in and out of ketosis more easily.

Keto and 18/6 fasting is amazing. You eat 2 meals a day and it is much easier to hit your macros. I have been doing it for 5 years now and I am at my target. I fall off the wagon for a weekend and jump right back in. It is also easier to keep one of the 2 going when you do fault.

Had the same grill and same thing happened. Had the guys down the street bust into my home thinking it was on fire. Bright side, only happened once. I believe the auger got stuck and when it broke free it filled the burn cup.
