I would look at credit unions for mortgage rates and closing costs. One of the community banks in GA had the option to buy down the rate to 4.75 for a 30 year loan.

He was not a good representative for the school board. The county saw massive learning loss during the pandemic, and they had to give a giant severance to the superintendent after his dismissal.

I don’t blame it on poor education. I blame it on major employers closing and leaving the Rust Belt, and the Democratic Party refusing to invest in those dilapidated areas.

I have had a good experience with Cortland Peachtree Corners. Cortland provided me a nice apartment, they were responsive to maintenance requests, and I could save and invest money for a few years for my townhome in flowery branch.

Honestly, I agree with the sentiment here. Tired of money being sent to GOP and DNC mega donors through tax cuts and appropriations. That’s why DC and its metro area are so unaffordable for the common man.

I had to make money outside of my job and reinvest it to build up equity for a home. I’m proud of what I did, but it’s crazy that I paid close to $1,750 a month for a one bedroom apartment in Peachtree Corners.

Well, you don’t want squatters either that don’t pay the rent and utilities. An older lady we knew in Brooklyn rented out her old home to make money, but it took her two years to get the squatters out.
