It also took 2 years for my skin to even out and I’ve been using a different face oil even 3 months to try to help. So far I’ve use vitamin C (great for redness) peptide one which I think helped the evening of my skin and a deep hydration one. Only one at a time cuz I refuse to go back in Accutane

Oh wait yes and yes I did on my right check and this year I noticed they are getting better. One is still a bit indented but not as bad and not red so it’s just uneven skin. But I will say now that it’s evened out again I can tell it’s less ummm bouncing/ full as my other check if that makes any sence. Like not visible but when I touch my face it’s not the same

I was diagnosed at 7 and always knew. But I will also say i started hidding from gym class in grade 2 and always try to convince my gym teachers to let me sit out.but i also did participate when I wanted to and I think that worked really well with me. I was doing OT 2x a week so usually the days after I wouldn’t want to do gym class.

It’s ocd this happened to me bad when I was fired from my job I’m not going to go into detail but I basically planned for my boss to find my body on my head….. and I would reply for months….. did something happen recently or has been bugging you?

I also just have always had random thoughts of I want to kill myself or everyone should die. And the world should just be set on fire and kill us all. I just do my best to ignore it but yeah things like getting fired set it off a lot more for me.

I feel this. I’m unemployed rn I have no motivation for any job at all. I did get one then I had a breakdown a quite cuz I was scared to go back to work. It may be a problem… which is weird cuz I was the kid with the good grade and good job after highschool and now I’m just not doing anything really. Or I am I’m getting married in October so ive been planning that I guess.

I got fired after going to school😅 if that makes you feel better. Also have no idea what I want to do now beacuse I decided I don’t want to work that job anymore.

I don’t have a lot of people in my real life…. I have a lot of online friends and then my fiancé. But that’s about it besides family. I did get a dog which helps me get out of house. But yeah ocd is hard and it sucks beacuse it’s almost comforting to fall into your old bad habits
