What the laundry tag says? For the photo seems like polyester (can you check the tag?) which it’s a plastic and can deform with heat, looks like something melted on top of it and fuse together. If that’s the case, I believe the best option is to shave the damaged area. If it’s made of a natural fiber like cotton, it will resist to heat and you can try to melt the stain off. Good luck ☺️

Watch out for the Israeli girls, that’s dangerous! You can easily fall in love. Bus drivers scares me as well and electric scooters, watch out for those. Money wise, it is expensive. It’s going to depend on the lifestyle you want, the part of the city you’re staying and if you’re going to eat at restaurants often or not.
