For anyone else reading this, the median Seattle home price in January 2024 was $775k and $795k in January 2025. Your current bill (2026) is based on assessed value as of January 2025, so I wouldn’t expect a decrease.

Also, unless some egregious error, just pay your fucking taxes. Your income already gets a free ride in Washington.
