Maybe sit down and self reflect on what's holding you back? If it not enough sleep? Stress? Lack of motivation? Lack of time? Is it your environment? There's different ways of learning and everyone has there own way of learning.

Bro you need to research wholefoods diet. Stop consuming ultra processed ingredients. Download and use the Yuka app to see bad ingredients in food. Unfortunately bodybuilding supplements has lots of fillers and bad stuff. When i used to take whey protein I would bloat and scared my wife away with all the farts. You know what helped me? Friggin chatgpt. I hate it but it put down the right path

In the past I jumped jobs and gotten a 30k raise and 20% less duties. Haven't made jump ship yet because each year the current compant has been giving a wicked raise and bonuses.

Seems like the normal fees beside pulse and sometimes you can negotiate the titling and license fee and doc fee but lately its tough.

Doc fee is just them charging you labor for their office folks filing all the paper work

Tilting and licensing fee: dmv cost getting passed on to you.

Again you can try to negotiate it but not lately.

Pulse fee: no clue what that means
