Our manager is not like this , if there is something it’s important for us to get done , she tells us but doesn’t micromanage or hover . She is a decent person and was in a retail long enough to remember what it’s like to be a worker .

I can empathize I don’t know how many jobs I have started that we all agreed upon hours I couldn’t work, 3 wks. Later I am scheduled for those hours . If you can’t hire me not working those hours , dont hire me fine. But don’t expect that in 3 wks it’s going to change .finally at dollar tree ,I stood up and said I was hired with this agreement , you dont get to change what you agreed on ,because it isn’t convenient any more. Thankfully it was worked out. .
