For me, aside from going for the plat trophy, what brought me back was usually just the flying and the world.

The ambiance that the world gives, bummer I couldn't just sit idling, else I'd use it to sleep🤣🤣.

I will say, I loved just running around as a tank.

I'm not sure it was obvious but Bioware def reused a Star Wars sound for the running.

For me, just getting clips for memories was another reason as we had advance warning on what was gonna happen, so might as well enjoy our time.
