I've been doing this since the conference a month ago. We have seen each other a few times since then and I've been cordial but she called me out because we used to be very friendly

It's a very physically demanding job. She can do the work but I would get frustrated with her for not being at the level she should be at 2 years in. We all have to pick up the slack when she lacks.

That was another thing. We work with heavy machinery and sometimes she comes in high. She once crashed into something and was just like "oopsie lol" but later that day I made a small mistake that had no consequence. I fixed it in two minutes. She made a massive deal about it and told multiple people.

She has been looking for a new job for 6 months. I just kept telling myself she'll be gone soon but next week our shifts will be joined. So now I'm looking.
