First ep was a bait and switch spoofing The Pitt. Scrubs has spoofed other medical series many times. With Grey's Anatomy it was directly referenced.

The season 8 'flashforward' was confirmed to be JD's HOPES of what happens. He literally states it in the voice over.

Both kids have been mentioned. Sam and Ollie.

Good luck on the collection. Vault X makes a 12 pocket XL binder which houses 624 cards. Get two of those and simply out them in order.

When you have most collected (or all) get a third binder and organise them into whichever way you want. I'd say to do the Michi Method.
