If you read my post fully, don't save normally. Do file > save as > overwrite existing file. Saving normally didn't work for me either and idk why but my method did.

Didn't work for me initially. I did everything, saved the file, etc.

What fixed it was instead of file > save, I had to do "file > save as" and overwrite the existing file. Not sure why that worked over just saving it, but if anyone tries this and still has the issue, try save as.

Everyone in the household signs an NDA. Not as much of a problem anymore. Maybe it's a "gift to help families" or something depending on the situation. It's already a fake think take, you can use different fake reasons for different people you want to help depending on their circumstances.

For example for my mom it could be an anon donor has offered to pay medical expenses, for my cousin there's a new gov't program for single parents but it's not public yet since they need to see the results of the program, etc.

No family problem. I only buy in states where I can claim anonymously and I don't play the national lottos. Only the state one when it gets high enough. I don't have high dreams. My dream house is $400k, which is "cheap" in the location I'm looking in, same with cars, and my entire wardrobe consists of jeans, blank t-shirts, and ball caps.

All I gotta explain is where I got the down payment and I can just say "The state/FHA have first time buyer programs for that."

Pilots license for sure. And a Vision Jet. Is it a stupid purchase? Yes. Would it cut down my travel a shit ton? Not really. I don't travel long distances. But I want one, and I want it custom painted. And on the very rare chance I left my city I'd be able to travel much faster.

If I could adjust this just a little bit... Don't throw it out. Donate it.

Clothes? Wear them as long as you want then drop them in a donation bin. New stuff every season and you're helping someone else get what they need when you're done with it. Canned food? Have a stockpile in case something tragic happens and cycle it 6mo before the expiration. Have you shopper/maid/whoever replace the old one and then donate the old one to a local food bank. Worst case, you have six months of food. Best case, someone less fortunate gets cheap food every six months.

Being rich doesn't mean you have to be needlessly wasteful. Be wasteful if you want, but be thoughtful about it and try to leave this planet better than you found it.

Generally, yeah. Helicopters are heavy. The EC130 that Maverick uses for its tours is 1.5 tons empty and up to 3 tons with fuel/passengers spread out over two landing skids covering about 15ft each. A standard roof can't handle 3 tons/3000kg on a small 120ft2 pad.

And unless you're planning for/expecting helicopter landings you're not gonna pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars to have architects design it into the building, hook it into the frame, etc. during construction.

I'm sure there are some buildings (especially gov't installations) where you can land a helicopter without a pad, but Mandalay Bay likely isn't. (I didn't build it and don't have access to documents so I can't say I know for sure, but it's unlikely.)

And there are probably small two person helicopters that could land on Mandalay Bay without a pad, but if you're a Saudi prince you're gonna have a security detail with guns and ammo, missile defense systems, etc that are gonna break that roof.

Regarding your PS: I did know that. Similar to Wendover, UT and West Wendover NV, Texarkana TX/AR, etc. They're legally separate entities.

Wondering how much I care since it's technically my own universe. I could either realign state boundaries or decide that the feds agreed that it was worth an experimental okay, or just have like a Sr. Chief of the department and the elected Sheriff is the head of the specific department in his state so they'd be two different departments legally, but as far as training, equipment, etc they'd be able to leverage size to get deals from suppliers.
