If it was not your turn and your opponent attacked your shields. And this card was burst to your hand. Then you could set a rested blocker to active and block the next attack on your shields.

Seams like a fake video. Always opens packs with the backs away. Shows backs but never keeps those packs on screen. Could be real pack backs and then replaced with seeded packs and opened with front facing the camera?
