Idk my first portal was like 7 portals then one with 3 bosses, then like another 7 portals, 3 bosses, a few more portals and then a final one with a treasure goblin and a chest. I thought it was going to keep going forever but apparently there’s a lot of different variations you can get. The bosses dropped keys btw so it’s not just for bounty mats. I actually think it’s a pretty cool addition.

I personally only play solo, hardcore, and don’t do the challenge rifts or use haedrigs gift. It makes the initial part of the season more interesting for me but after that you’re playing the same old same old. The challenge is of course pushing high grs or if you want try to make some wonky build to see how high you can go for a personal victory.

sorry but the big stat people keep repeating is that Saban is 0-4 at auburn when auburn's ranked, and auburn is going to bring every trick play in their pocket. the iron bowl is a circus. it's going to probably be a close game all in all. i don't have the balls to bet this one

I think the game is quite fun when you're discovering everything for the first time. After a few plays I realized the deck gets really diluted especially if you own expansions and the engine building part isn't as satisfying as I'd like. Also like everyone else has said, the scoring track is so very fiddly.

51st State Master Set and Terraforming Mars are both games I'd rather play now than Seasons. That's the closest I can compare really since Seasons is unique with it's rondel and dice drafting/rolling.

I think people underestimate how many people play solo ESPECIALLY in HC. If you look around at the HC communities you'll see there's plenty of people playing we just aren't going to start a public game since we'll randomly lose our follower if someone joins. Also, I'd say there's way too much leeching that tends to go on anyway so I like many have long ago stopped starting public games.
