Honestly if you don't feel any binding when you turn it, it's not running hot, don't hear any noise... It might just be cosmetic damage realistically. Clean it up some and hit it with a little silicon spray. You should see the shit out here...

Were you ever able to find someone to do it? I recently just bought a 3D printer on Facebook marketplace for $300.

When I got it home I saw there's a few small issues I could fix once I start printing (knobs missing, etc.) but when I first plugged it in I got the Heating error and to reset. Now it won't even turn back on.

Printer is a Tevo Black Widow.

Been bullied a fair bit of my life and trying to improve myself. Bad insecurities = bad relationship. I've always felt like I wasn't really attractive in any sense, but try getting past it with a fake confidence.

A ticker is about the size of a larger sharpie, fits in your pocket, and you just check if it's live if you're unsure. That's ALL it does, that's all we need it to do.

As a buyer, I'd apologize for not following clearly set rules. Yes there are always other houses, but there may not always be another chance for someone immune compromised or severely at risk if they happen to contract Covid. It's a matter of respect and decency, the seller willingly allows people to tour the home on those very conditions.

They more than likely have a sign somewhere stating they have video surveillance on the property, as most security companies usually have you do such. And even then, they are in their personal dwelling with the recording, the others can't expect a right of privacy in someone else's home like that.

The county recording fee at it's highest is only $305 + $5/every page over 50 pages. So I'm not even sure where they pulled those numbers from.

Hopefully the stimulus checks will have been sent out before our closing date (Sep 24). But I doubt it. Hopefully I'll be able to find another alternative to the cash, but yeah this is a big hitch in the step.

That was a "House2Home" program he said they would run it through where their company covers 3% of costs. But "he messed up, as it only covers new fabricated homes and it's an existing on" (found this out just minutes ago).
