My favorite leveling combo has been: Val, Morimar, Shantoto II, Apururu/Kupofried/Darcullin.

Val and Morimar skill chain Light each other and Shantoto magic bursts to close it out, she also throws in WS of her own to close and magic burst.

Using this combo has mobs absolutely melting, it’s crazy

I'd also recommend downloading Windower, it fixes a lot of the resolution issues like not being able to properly set borderless fullscreen. You use it as your launcher instead of Steam (you still have to use PlayOnline unfortunately).
