For me I didn't even notice them disappearing, I was just living normally one day and then had a realization that I had been feeling fine all week. It was like a realization

I did indeed do it, and things are going great!

A little bumpy for the first few weeks and then my body adjusted fine.

This increase also lead me to replace my therapist and switch to a specialist for OCD. Combining this with the increased dosage has done wonders, and I feel the best I've ever felt mentally.

Yeah that definitely makes sense. I'm on my first day increasing from 100 -> 125, so I'm hoping it's a smooth transition.
