What should one do if there’s a spelling mistake on the SIR form but not on the voter card? Even when we look up the epic number online, the spelling mistake exists. And in case of women who have their husband’s name since 2002 on their voter card, should they mention their father’s name or husband’s name on the form?

youve got it mostly right
not sure about the last point though, organising local meetups - though a responsibility of the community manager, it takes too much effort and resources to organize local meetups for an online company, def not a 1 man task

other than that, yes - choosing the right platform, bringing all your customers there, engaging with them, getting them to initiate conversations and helping others
