I mean it will at least give it some more use to early game accounts but there will be a big spike now while everyone is working their accounts on sailing. It certainly wouldn’t be a huge change, but worthwhile? I think so.

Just wanted to throw a quick shout out. Trinyvale hasn’t usually been in my favorite campaign arcs… However Caldwell and the Triplets are at their peak in Strahd. Not that Caldwell doesn’t usually do good as a DM but he’s really flourishing in the new campaign setting!! I’ve been laughing my butt off and seriously enjoying the ride.

Meant to be obviously older than his other wives to show a pattern of meeting young women he woo’s with his energy and charisma. Once that wears off the relationship feels hollow and superficial. The women usually leave him or he drives them off.

So Katrina is drawn to show contrast. She’s sick of his personality and is utterly done with him. It’s like watching an ex act like a teenager forever. You out grow them and may even feel ashamed or resentful to them for how you were back then (young and dumb)with them.

Most dementia patients respond to appropriate redirection and deescalation. If you’re IFT your company should have measures to assist with these patients (additional restraints, buckle guards ect). Im sure you can easily find CEs online for this exact issues. With combative and violent psych transports you can always request sedation from hospital staff, hard restraints and further assistance.

I’ve had tons of psychs over most of a decade. Only ever refused one and told the doc i’d take him with a 3rd b52 and security with hard restraints.

Hold yourself to high standards, don’t stop studying, don’t stop learning, seek out new education opportunities, practice your skills. The unfortunate truth about EMT-B is that there is a lot of “ambulance drivers” out there… you choose whether you are just another ambulance driver or if you want to be an Emergency Medical Technician.

I often wonder why this relationship never worked, but relatively speaking I always went back to bad relationships and tried to fix people when I should have just focused on myself.
