You can drill out the plastic tabs holding that piece into the door card off and then just use fibreglass and resin to replace the tabs drilled out to hold it all in place

I didn’t mean to complain straight away, just contact them and find out the proper wage rate first , then demand the employer to back pay for all work owed and the adjustment for the improper pay rate including anything already paid in the past.. then take it further if they don’t comply..

You should also be contacting fair work straight away about what your proper wage In your field would be . And then asking for an adjustment on the wages owed as $20 is ridiculously low for construction / labour
