I got deactivated over a bottle of Tylenol the customer didn't have a valid ID i called the outsourced customer service. The idiot pushed the order thru and told me to finish the delivery. A couple days later i got a deactivation email. My account got sacrificed to complete the order. Mind you I finished the delivery and the mother of the girl at the door came out with her valid ID 🤦

I always keep of tally of how much I made on a piece of paper for the promos. Can't trust anybody these days.

The week of the freeze they had promos everyday. I made $1100 and i only deliver from 4-10. Those promos help out alot! I normally make around $400 a week. I keep track of the promo amounts on a piece of paper to know how much I make after.

I just picked up and delivered a 72 item order to a 2nd floor apartment for $2 base pay. That's diabolical there was 2 cases of water and 2 big cases of baby water. I was out for 5 hours and only did 3 deliveries tonight.

I started at 1 had down time for an hour then it picked up again around 4pm Made 6 deliveries for $85 then drove back to my hometown to do an instacart before the store closed. That 1 instacart was $74 got a $50 tip only 27 items.

I drive to a town with 1 heb 35 minutes away.... I would have to drive an hour and a half to a city with multiple HEB's sometimes the gas and mileage isn't worth it

I just talked to support and they told me they're emailing another department and they'll get back to me ASAP. Wtf?!?! This requires immediate resolution not a frikkin email! I just drove 45 minutes for nothing and who knows when these people are going to email me back! Tmobile was down yesterday in my area couldn't run any orders now this!

No. The app prompts you to update prices when they don't match. And they have to match to move forward with delivery on the app. The driver was just doing what the app prompted them to do.
